Billing Policy

 The following agreement is by and between WinWebHosting.com,  and the respective customer (now known as CUSTOMER) acquiring web hosting and related services from the former.

WinWebHosting reserves the exclusive right to terminate any of CUSTOMER's account due to non-payment or bad credit history.

Refunds and Cancellation

CUSTOMER must give WinWebHosting 2 days prior notice of account cancellation and request for refund if applicable. WinWebHosting will refund CUSTOMER the total amount of paid-up fees in the event that termination of account is requested within the first 30 days of service. If cancellation request occurs after the first 30 days, the customer will not be billed again and he/she will be served at the end of the last billing period, then the account will be terminated completely. If the member requests cancellation and demands refund before the annual membership period ends; the remaining payment for the unused period will be refunded ($25 - late cancellation fee will be applied). Payments

Payments made online will be accepted and processed in terms of United States Dollars.
